Roadside Services and Solutions Pty Ltd (Roadside) is a market leader in manufacturing road signage, engineering, installation of guard rail, signage, and civil construction services. Based in Lonsdale, we have an excellent chance for a qualified tradesperson to apply their fabrication, boilermaking and fitting and turning skills to signage and civil works projects that often require customised solutions to meet customer expectations aimed at making our roads safer.

About the Role

Regularly working Monday to Friday, starting at 7:00 am, Fabricator / Boilermaker / Fitter and Turner will have the relevant trade training, qualification, and experience. Along with an eye for detail, quality and collaboration, this role will work in a small team to deliver project components in our factory and install out on site where needed.

The role requires the ability to complete required documentation and interpret plans with effective communication skills to ensure projects are always delivered in full and on time.

About You The successful Fabricator / Boilermaker / Fitter and Turner will have:





- Trade qualification (metal fabrication, welder, boilermaker)
- Tig welding experience is advantageous
- Ability to understand and interpret drawings to develop the finished product
- Experienced in using a variety of workshop tools (press, saw, rollers, etc)
- Attention to detail, eye for quality and pride in work delivered
- Demonstrate effective time management, planning and organising skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Literacy and numeracy proficiency
- Construction Safety Induction Card
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the role
- Be willing to undertake random site drug and alcohol testing
