We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our Facilities Management team in Brisbane. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a safe, efficient and professional workplace experience while supporting a broad range of stakeholders. You'll play a key role in ensuring our Brisbane office operates smoothly and supports the success of teams across the Group.

What you will do

- Coordinate day-to-day facilities management activities to ensure a safe, compliant and well-maintained workplace.

- Manage facilities service requests, maintenance issues and contractor works through to resolution.

- Support workplace services including office access, reception coverage, mail, courier services and office supplies.

- Process facilities-related invoices, purchase orders and supplier administration activities.

- Build effective relationships with employees, landlords, contractors and service providers to deliver a high standard of workplace support.

What you will bring

- Experience coordinating facilities, office administration, workplace services or a similar support function.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintenance requests and service providers in a busy setting.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

- Sound administrative and financial processing experience,



including invoices, purchase orders or supplier coordination.

- A commitment to safety, accountability, integrity and delivering high-quality outcomes aligned with the Group Principles.
