Female Disability Support Worker – Mandarin Speaking | Benowa, QLD
Carefinity is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Disability Support Worker who speaks Mandarin to support a participant in the Benowa area. This is a meaningful role where you will provide person-centred care and help the participant live with dignity, independence, and connection.
Your responsibilities will include providing personal care and daily living support, assisting with medication where required, supporting with manual handling and mobility, facilitating community access and social engagement, helping with household tasks, and supporting the participant to achieve their individual goals in a respectful and caring manner.
What You’ll Need:
- Female applicants preferred due to participant-specific requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (if applicable)
- Right to Work in Australia
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Relevant qualification in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services
- Experience in disability support (preferred)
- Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
