Colorbond Fence installation. New Estates only, Hilbert to Yanchep - Perth.

Contract - Full Time Hours

Due to ongoing growth and diversification, this leader in the Colorbond and feature fence space is seeking to expand by adding two more teams. We have been operating in this market since 2011 and is regarded as offering the best combination of quality installs, price, and service in our industry.

We exclusively work on large scale current commercial, civil and industrial projects across WA.

We work from our industrial facility in Bayswater, which is where the material is to be collected from. This may change in the near future.

Our processes and systems are efficient, very well organised, and staff receive and follow clear installation procedures. This makes you, the installer, much more efficient, allowing you to focus on the install, rather than problem-solving.

We are looking for motivated tradesmen or teams who are fit and reliable. You can work unsupervised, and you want long-term opportunities with industry-leading earning potential.

This position is perfectly suited for applicants located North of the River in Perth down to Hilbert, as this role will be completing fencing for new estates predominantly in the Central and Northern suburbs.

Expertise in fencing is essential! With an earning potential of $200k/a, we are recruiting motivated fencing experts. Great health is also paramount as this role involves physical labour.



We will provide a short and focused training session to install using our methods.

Minimum 3+ years of Colorbond fencing experience is required for this position.

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills:

- This is NOT a sponsorship role; this is NOT a part-time role! You need Full-time working rights in Australia
- Fencing experience and hand tool experience (ESSENTIAL)
- Minimum 3+ years of fencing installation experience is required
- Experience in towing and maneuvering with a trailer (ESSENTIAL)
- Australian C Class license (ESSENTIAL)
- The ability to read and follow plans; must be able to learn the variables of the scope of work quickly. Positive "can-do" attitude is very important.
- The ability to work effectively, EVERY workday without supervision.
- Effective communication with the office essential - we need to be able to reach you.
- A reliable, punctual and hardworking individual who is looking for a long-term opportunity
- White Card must be held before starting work
- Forklift ticket and Working Safely at Heights preferable and to be attained soon if not in hand.
