We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our Queensland team. This full-time permanent role will be based on the road across Greater Brisbane and the Gold Coast region, providing customer support through the installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of Hologic medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, service, maintain and repair Hologic medical equipment within the assigned territory
- Troubleshoot technical issues and respond to customer service requests in a timely manner
- Conduct basic customer training on Hologic systems
- Complete service documentation accurately and on time
- Partner with internal teams to support customer outcomes and share field insights
- Ensure all work complies with relevant legislation, industry codes, ethical standards and company procedures

Skills, Experience and Qualifications To be successful, you will have:





- A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science or another related technical discipline
- At least 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing engineering, technical service, field service or similar role
- Strong technical troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and self-schedule work
- Experience in medical devices, equipment maintenance, DICOM/PACS or Radiation Safety would be advantageous
- A current Queensland radiation licence, or eligibility and willingness to obtain one, would be highly regarded

Full product training will be provided.

Other Requirements

You must hold a current valid Australian driver licence, have access to a reliable vehicle, and be willing to travel within the assigned territory, including regional/interstate travel and some overnight stays. The role may require flexible hours and overtime at short notice.
