- Run tastings and product demos on the bar

- Look after accounts once they're on board and grow their reorders

- Hit weekly targets for new accounts and volume

- Feed back what cafés and customers are saying so we keep improving the product

- Rep the brand at events, pop-ups and collabs

Who you are

- You've sold before, ideally to cafés, hospitality or FMCG

- You know specialty coffee and you can talk to a barista like one of them

- You don't need a warm lead to start a conversation, and a "no" doesn't slow you down

- You're organised, you follow up, and you track your numbers

- You want to be early. You'd rather help build something than sit in a big company

- You have a full licence and your own car
