About the role

Pro Crush Pty Ltd is seeking a Field Service Fitter to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. Based in Yatala, QLD, this role is essential to our operations, providing on-site technical support and maintenance to our clients. As a Field Service Fitter, you will be the face of Pro Crush Pty Ltd in the field, ensuring equipment is installed, maintained, and serviced to the highest standards.

This position plays a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction and upholding our reputation for reliability and excellence in the Trades & Services sector.

Key responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair equipment and machinery at client sites
- Diagnose mechanical and technical faults using appropriate tools and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates efficiently
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergency repairs
- Provide technical advice and guidance to clients on equipment operation and maintenance
- Document all work completed, including parts used and time spent on each job
- Maintain a well-stocked service vehicle with all necessary tools and spare parts
- Collaborate with the workshop and office teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Continuously update knowledge of equipment and industry best practices

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a Field Service Fitter or similar role in the Trades & Services or Technicians sector
- Ability to travel
- Experience with electrics and hydraulics
- Trade qualified
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Valid Driver Licence for travel to client sites across the region




- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to Management/clients
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping
- Ability to work safely and responsibly, with a commitment to health and safety standards
- Physical fitness and capability to perform manual labour, including lifting and working in various environments
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in your trade are highly desirable
