King’s Christian College on the Gold Coast is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join the expanding HR team. The role will support the Director of HR with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations while ensuring compliance and effective HR programs across campuses.

The position is full time, based at the Pimpama Campus with travel as required, and focuses on supporting a values-driven Christian school culture with proactive HR initiatives.
