As a Service and Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and repair of automatic doors, gates, boom gates, rapid doors and roller shutters. Your expertise will ensure the safety, functionality, and efficiency of our products for our valued clients.
Key responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of automatic doors, gates, boom gates, rapid doors and roller shutters.
- Conduct regular inspections and servicing to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of service and repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients.
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and service delivery.
About you
- Proven experience in servicing automatic doors and roller shutters is preferred.
- Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel across Perth.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications are preferred.
