Required Qualifications:

- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Sydney, Australia or be willing to relocate to the area.

This position may require travel in the Australia region.

- Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree

- 9+ years of Information Technology experience

- 7+ years technical hands on experience with Filenet P8 and CMOD design, development, configuration and implementation.

- Hands on experience solution design, architecting and consulting.

- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle

- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience with IBM Filenet application development and support





- 2+ years of experience in road map definition and solution consulting.

- Experience with IBM Filenet is a must.

- Experience in IBM Case Manager, ICN, CMOD, Datacap is a plus

- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams

- Experience managing team size of 10+ would be a plus

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
