About the role:

We are looking for a finance broker who can assist individuals and businesses in securing suitable finance solutions by assessing their financial needs and matching them with lending products from a range of lenders. The role involves building strong client relationships, collecting and analysing financial information, preparing loan applications, negotiating with lenders, and guiding clients through the approval process. The position requires a proactive approach to business development while ensuring compliance with lending regulations and delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time.

Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000 plus Guaranteed Superannuation and Commissions The main duties of the position include:

Duties include, but are not limited to –





- Consulting with clients to understand their financial goals, borrowing requirements, and lending needs.
- Assessing clients’ financial circumstances, income, liabilities, and borrowing capacity.
- Researching and comparing loan and finance products from various lenders to identify suitable options for clients.
- Recommending appropriate loan structures and finance solutions tailored to clients’ objectives and financial situations.

· Assisting clients with the preparation and completion of loan application documents and supporting paperwork. · Liaising with banks, lenders, and financial institutions throughout the loan application and approval process.

· Providing clients with information and guidance regarding mortgage products, credit policies, repayments, and finance terms.

· Monitoring the progress of loan applications and keeping clients informed through to settlement.

· Maintaining professional relationships with lenders and ensuring finance applications are processed efficiently and accurately.

· Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with company procedures, industry regulations, and responsible lending obligations.

Qualifications and experience required:

· Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration or higher.

· 3 years of relevant experience
