About the role

We are seeking a FINANCE OFFICER to join our crew for an immediate start. This is a full time position but part time of at least 32 hours per week would be considered for the right applicant.

Key responsibilities

- Weekly Payroll - processing timesheets, PayDay Super, PAYG Withholding, Award interpretation, processing leave, statutory compliance (includes payroll tax, Coal LSL)

- Accounts Receivable - invoicing, remittance allocations, statements, overdue account follow up

- Bank Reconciliations

- Reporting - Debtors, Work In Progress, Labour Hours





- Provide finance support for end of month financial reporting as required

- Provide support for other areas of the business as required

About you

- Relevant qualifications and experience

- Good communication skills

- Excellent attention to detail

- Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task where required

- High-level skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

- Highly motivated and ability to contribute to and work within a small team setting
