The head office is based in Brookvale,with projects undertaken across the Sydney Metro area.
- Assist Director and Management in the operation and development of the Fire Safety Division
- Plan, manage and coordinate all phases of Annual Fire Safety Statements through quotation, inspections, full function testing, reports, procurement, managing defects and repairs, documentation and certification
- Carry out Fitout Reviews, focusing on the Fire Safety aspect
- Inspect, report and certify essential fire safety measures
- Effectively liaise with Clients,
tenants, contractors, consultants and council to proactively address and manage any issues so AFSS is delivered on time
- Carry out inspections of Fire Safety Measures and report to Clients
- Administer and project manage Fire Safety Upgrades, Fire Orders and repairs to Fire Services
- Review Engineered Solutions and Occupation Certificates and assess the Fire Safety Schedule accordingly
- Pursue and develop current systems to manage the above projects
- Actively pursue new Clients and/or buildings for the purpose of adding to the Company’s current portfolio of Projects
