Step into a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same. As a Fleet Allocator on our 5:00am shift, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our Kemps Creek operations run efficiently and safely. You’ll have the autonomy to make decisions, solve logistical challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement—while using the latest technology to shape the future of our fleet operations.

This is a role for someone who thrives on responsibility, teamwork, and delivering results in a high-energy environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing day‑to‑day fleet operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery outcomes
- Scheduling and coordinating daily routes and deliveries
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders




- Leading and monitoring fleet performance with a focus on system, process and procedural improvements
- Overseeing Chain of Responsibility (COR) compliance, particularly Load Restraint and Fatigue Management
- Working morning shift with a 5:00am start

What you’ll bring:

- Recent experience in freight fleet allocations
- Strong background in transport logistics and fleet management
- Excellent knowledge of Sydney’s metropolitan area
- Solid exposure to COR requirements
- Ability to perform under tight timeframes in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
