About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Forklift Drivers / Warehouse Operators to join a leading manufacturer based in Dandenong South. Multiple positions are currently available across day and afternoon shifts, with ongoing and long-term work available for suitable candidates.
The role is suited to applicants with robust hands-on High Reach and Counterbalance forklift experience, preferably within manufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, food, FMCG, or other regulated warehouse environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Put-away, stock replenishment and pallet movements
- Supplying raw materials to production areas
- RF scanning and inventory movements
- Picking, packing and general warehouse duties
- Supporting production and warehouse operations as required
- Following workplace safety, hygiene and site procedures
Pay Rate Guide
Day Shift Process Workers – $33.05/hr
Machine Operators – $33.85/hr
Warehouse Person / Forklift Driver – $36.81/hr
Afternoon Shift
Process Workers – $38.01/hr
Machine Operators – $38.93/hr
Warehouse Person / Forklift Driver – $47.85/hr
Available Forklift Shifts
Day Shift 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
$36.81/hr
Afternoon Shift
1:50 PM – 10:00 PM
$47.85/hr
Monday to Friday, with ongoing work available.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Recent hands-on High Reach forklift experience
- Counterbalance forklift experience
- Previous warehouse experience in Australia
- Experience loading/unloading trucks and handling palletised stock
- Strong understanding of safe forklift operation
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to commit to ongoing Monday–Friday work
- Full Australian working rights
- Availability to commence immediately or at short notice
- Reliable transport to Dandenong South
Previous experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, cosmetics, food, FMCG or GMP-regulated manufacturing will be highly regarded.
