About the Role

We are seeking experienced Flexographic Printers and Trade Assistants with a positive, “can-do” attitude to join our successful and growing team in Luscombe.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, run, and optimise all aspects of press production.
- Plate mounting and pre-press preparation.
- QA checks including colour matching and proofing.
- General housekeeping and press area maintenance.
- Roll loading and finished product preparation.

What We’re Looking For





- Reliability and strong teamwork skills.
- Wide web experience (advantageous).
- Mechanical and technical aptitude.
- Eye for detail and quality.
- Experience printing on plastic substrates.
- Desire to grow with the business.
