We’re looking for friendly, switched-on Floor Staff to join our team and make every guest feel looked after.

The role

You’ll be the first smile our guests see. You’ll greet and seat them, guide them through the menu, answer their questions and suggest dishes they’ll enjoy. You’ll take orders accurately, pass them to the kitchen, and make sure every dish reaches the table looking its best. Throughout the meal, you’ll check in so guests have everything they need.

When service picks up, you’ll keep the dining area running smoothly. That means setting and clearing tables, keeping stations stocked and tidy, and processing payments quickly and accurately. You’ll work closely with the kitchen and the rest of the floor team and help out wherever you’re needed.



If a guest has a concern, you’ll handle it calmly and professionally and bring in a manager when needed. You’ll follow food safety and hygiene practices at all times.

About you

You’re warm, positive and confident talking to people. You stay calm and organised when it gets busy, you like being part of a team, and you take pride in doing things properly. Hospitality experience is a plus, but the right attitude matters most. You’re available to work weekends.
