We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Food & Beverage Attendants to join our Breakfast and In-Room Dining teams, with part-time and casual opportunities available.

Your Day to Day – Inspire Incredible

Whether welcoming guests to breakfast or delivering a personalised dining experience to their room, you will help create the thoughtful, attentive service that defines InterContinental Sydney. Our teams take pride in delivering genuine hospitality, anticipating guest needs and ensuring every interaction reflects our luxury standards.

In Breakfast, you will:

- Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating and service throughout breakfast.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest requests.
- Maintain an inviting dining environment, ensuring tables and service areas are presented to the highest standard.




- Work closely with the wider team to deliver a smooth and memorable breakfast experience.
- Breakfast shifts typically start between 6:00am and 7:00am, with finish times between 11:00am and 3:00pm.

In In-Room Dining, you will:

- Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms with care, professionalism and attention to detail.
- Take and coordinate guest orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Set up trays and trolleys to our luxury presentation standards.
- Respond to guest requests with discretion and a personalised approach.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across service areas and equipment.

What You Will Bring

- Previous Food & Beverage experience within a restaurant, bar, café or similar environment.
- Availability for early morning starts and a genuine enjoyment of working mornings.
- A warm, friendly and energetic personality.
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards.
- Current NSW RSA Competency Card.
- Full Australian working rights.
