Process Worker / Forklift Driver NX Blue are seeking experienced Forklift Drivers / Process Workers to join a heavy manufacturing facility based in Wetherill Park.

We have multiple shifts with flexibility across rotating Day and Afternoon shifts being highly regarded. Offering highly attractive pay rates and ongoing work with the potential to transition into permanent employment for the right candidate.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

- Operating a counterbalance forklift to load and unload trucks.
- Moving, sorting and inspecting products.
- Assisting with general labouring and production duties.
- Supporting maintenance activities, including basic repairs where required.
- Completing associated paperwork and product checks.
- Working across multiple departments as required.
- Following workplace safety procedures and participating in ongoing training.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

- Previous forklift, labouring, warehousing or manufacturing experience.
- A valid LF forklift licence.
- At least two years’ forklift operating experience,



particularly loading and unloading.
- A robust commitment to workplace health and safety.
- A willingness to learn new skills and undertake ongoing training.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- A reliable, hands-on attitude and a proactive approach to work.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

- The flexibility to work across rotating shifts- highly regarded.
- The physical capability to regularly lift 15–20kg.
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
- The ability to obtain a suitable national police check.
- Their own initial PPE, including a long-sleeved hi-vis shirt, long pants and steel-cap boots. Additional work PPE will be provided following commencement.
