Inter Industrial is currently recruiting experienced High Reach & Counterbalance Forklift Drivers, and Loaders/Checkers for a busy cold storage and distribution facility located in Truganina.

We have multiple opportunities available across day and afternoon shifts, offering competitive hourly rates, consistent work and immediate starts for suitable candidates.

High Reach Forklift Operators – Cold Storage & Freezer

Pay Rates & Shifts:

Day Shift: 6:00am start | $41 per hour

- Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm start | $45 per hour
- Additional freezer allowance applies.

Key Responsibilities:

- High Reach forklift operation, including double-deep racking
- Stock put-away and replenishment
- RF scanning and order picking
- Manual handling and part picking
- General warehouse duties

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years' High Reach forklift experience
- Experience operating Toyota High Reach forklifts
- Crown Double Deep Reach forklift experience essential
- Current LF forklift licence
- Previous cold storage/freezer experience highly regarded (-18°C)
- Physically fit and comfortable working in cold environments
- Ability to pass a National Police Check

Counterbalance Forklift Drivers – Chiller (0–3°C)

Pay Rates & Shifts:

- Day Shift: 6:00am–2:00pm | $37 per hour
- Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm–10:30pm | $41 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

- Loading and unloading trucks and containers
- Stock movement and put-away
- RF scanning and order picking





Requirements:

- Current LF forklift licence
- Proven Counterbalance forklift experience
- Slipsheet or Pushplate experience highly regarded
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Ability to work in chilled environments
- Ability to pass a National Police Check

Loaders & Checkers – Cold Storage

Pay Rates & Shifts:

Day Shift: 6:00am start | $36 per hour

Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm start | $40 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

- Picking, packing and checking orders
- Labelling, sorting and preparing orders for dispatch
- Palletising, wrapping and staging stock
- Operating electric pallet transporters (tuggers)
- Working in chiller and freezer environments

Requirements:

- Previous warehousing, picking or checking experience
- RF scanning experience
- Cold storage/freezer experience highly regarded (down to -25°C)
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Ability to pass a National Police Check
