The Role We’re looking for a hands-on freelance Ecommerce Specialist to support the day-to-day management, trading and optimisation of the brand’s Australian and US Shopify businesses.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing day-to-day trading across the Australian and US sites,
keeping both performing
- Merchandising the website, including product uploads, collection management and promotional execution
- Planning and sending Klaviyo email campaigns and supporting CRM activity
- Optimising conversion and the customer experience across the purchase journey
- Troubleshooting site issues and coordinating with external developers to get them resolved quick
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years’ ecommerce experience, ideally in fashion retail
- Strong Shopify experience across AU and US markets
- Hands-on Klaviyo, email and CRM experience
- A solid grasp of ecommerce trading, conversion optimisation and customer experience
- The ability to work independently, stay organised and keep a close eye on detail

- Rate: $600 to $800 per day, ex GST
