Project Operations Coordinator: $90 - 120k super | experience dependent

Newly created role with a globally recognised project freight forwarder. Responsibilities include:

- Coordination of pricing, job registrations through to invoicing out.

- Multimodal transport to include air, seafreight and road freight.

- Attend site on occasion for discharges or loadouts.

- Development of strong customer relationships.

Export Documentation Coordinator | WFH hybrid working model

Busy agricultural exporter requires a suitable experienced export coordinator to join their busy team.

- Preparation of Export Documents including Letter of Credits, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Forwarding Instruction for Bill of Lading and Phytosanitary Certificates.

- Coordinate export cargo by liaising with shipping lines, transport companies and regulatory authorities

To be considered for this role, candidates MUST have previous experience in export coordination and documentation in a similar role. Letters of credit experience is essential.
