We’re on the hunt for a passionate, hands-on Front Of House, Bar Staff and Leadership Staff to join the team at New Northcote Brewhouse.

This is a customer-first, on-the-floor role for someone who thrives in busy services and genuinely loves great beer, elevated pub dining and creating memorable guest experiences.

The Role

Supporting day-to-day operations, helping keep everything running smoothly. This is a hands-on role; you’ll be out on the floor during service, backing your team, chatting with guests and helping set the tone each shift.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Being a core member of the team and supporting busy services on the floor and behind the bar
- Supporting the venue with day-to-day operations
- Coaching, training and motivating the FOH team (if applying for the leadership role)
- Keeping service, food and presentation standards high
- Handling guest feedback with confidence and care
- Assisting with stock control and service planning (if applying for the leadership role)

What We’re Looking For

- Experience within the hospitality industry
- A customer-first mindset; you enjoy getting to know your locals and reading the room
- Confidence in being a part of busy services
- A genuinely hands-on approach; you’re happy to jump in wherever needed
- A love of craft beer, great food and positive hospitality
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Availability across evenings and weekends
