We're looking for someone with personality. Someone who can have a laugh with a table, remember a regular's coffee order, read the room and still absolutely smash a busy section.
And when we say busy, we mean BUSY. So if you love that vibe, I think we have the right role for you!
- Solid experience in full table service
- Confidence running your own busy section
- Pace, initiative and the ability to think on your feet
- A bit of cheek, plenty of personality and good vibe
- The ability to make people feel like they're more than just table 42
- A genuine love for hospitality (yes, it's still a thing!)
- Weekend availability & here for a busy Summer
We'll teach you the menu, the systems and all the little things that make Elk, Elk. But personality, hustle and the ability to have a good time while getting the job done? You'll need to bring those yourself.
