We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic people to join our Front of House team at Glenbernie Orchard!

We're a family-owned working orchard, home to Darkes Cider, a farm shop, kitchen and bar. We're more than just a place to buy apples – we're a destination where visitors come to enjoy great food, locally made cider and a genuine farm experience.

About the Role

This is a varied, hands-on role combining hospitality, retail and the unique experience of working on a family-owned orchard. You'll help create a welcoming environment for our visitors while supporting the day-to-day operations of the venue.

Your responsibilities will include

- Serving customers at the farm shop and bar, including processing sales and taking food orders.
- Preparing and serving drinks, including cider, beer and coffee.
- Talking with customers about our products, orchard and experiences.
- Restocking shelves and maintaining attractive fresh fruit displays.
- Preparing stock for sale, including bagging apples and packing fruit boxes.
- Keeping the venue clean and welcoming, including clearing tables, emptying bins and cleaning amenities when required.
- Assisting with general day-to-day venue operations.




- Opportunities to assist with our farm tours and agritourism experiences for suitable candidates.

About You We're looking for people who:

- Have a current NSW RSA (essential).
- Are friendly, approachable and confident speaking with customers.
- Enjoy working in a busy, customer-focused environment.
- Are happy to get involved in all aspects of the job, from serving customers to cleaning and stocking shelves.
- Can work independently and as part of a small team.
- Take pride in keeping their workplace clean, organised and presentable.
- Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Barista experience is an advantage, but absolutely not essential. We're happy to train the right people! We have multiple positions available and would love to hear from people who enjoy hospitality, working with customers and being part of a small, supportive team.

Location: Glenbernie Orchard, Darkes Forest NSW (near Helensburgh).

Pay: $31.19 – $34.00 per hour
