We're partnering with an creative Australian technology company that's moving through an exciting scale-up phase. With an established product and a growing international presence across the US, Europe, Asia and ANZ, they're continuing to invest in their Sydney-based engineering team.
This is an opportunity to join a small, collaborative team where you'll have genuine ownership, work across the full stack and play a key role in developing and scaling a product that's already being used globally.
The Role
As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll work across backend development, frontend applications and cloud infrastructure. You'll be involved in the full development lifecycle, from designing solutions through to deployment and ongoing improvements.
You'll have the opportunity to influence technical decisions, contribute new ideas and see the direct impact of your work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain applications using C#/.NET and React.
- Build and optimise REST APIs, backend services and customer-facing applications.
- Work with cloud infrastructure across AWS or Azure.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployments and platform improvements.
- Take ownership of features from initial requirements through to production.
- Collaborate with engineers across different technical disciplines to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of commercial experience developing applications with C#/.NET Core.
- Strong frontend development experience with React, ideally using TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments.
- Experience designing and integrating REST APIs.
- Good understanding of SQL databases, software design principles, and modern development practices.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and production applications.
- Someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and working in a collaborative engineering environment.
Experience in a startup or scale-up environment would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
