Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and professional Full-Time Sales Associate to join our Gold Coast boutique. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional client experiences, build lasting relationships, and drive sales across our collections of fine jewellery, diamonds, precious gemstones, and prestigious Swiss timepieces.

Key responsibilities include

Delivering personalised luxury service and building strong client relationships.

Understanding client needs and providing expert product recommendations.

Achieving individual and store sales targets.





Maintaining excellent visual merchandising, stock control, and boutique presentation.

Processing sales transactions accurately and following company procedures.

Developing product knowledge across luxury jewellery and Swiss watch brands.

Supporting the team in maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, security, and client confidentiality.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience in luxury retail, jewellery, watches, or premium customer service is highly regarded.

Strong sales, communication, relationship-building, and client service skills.

Professional presentation, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Ability to work collaboratively and achieve sales objectives.

Willingness to learn about fine jewellery, diamonds, gemstones, and Swiss timepieces.
