What you’ll do
- Deliver attentive service, build rapport with regulars and welcome new guests
- Assist with gaming enquiries and process payouts accurately
- Recognise and respond to responsible gambling concerns, following venue procedures
- Keep the gaming room clean, presented and ready for service
- Work closely with the wider venue team to keep service running smoothly
What you’ll bring
- Previous experience working on a gaming floor is essential
- Confidence assisting customers and handling gaming transactions
- A sound understanding of responsible gambling practices
- A reliable approach and pride in getting the details right
- Current NSW RSA and RCG,
with ARCG preferred or willingness to obtain
- Availability across nights, weekends and public holidays
