We have two exciting opportunities to step into a fast-paced, people-focused role where you’ll be the friendly face of our Bibra Lake branch (6163) and play a key part in keeping every asset arrival and departure moving. If you’re a reliable, customer-focused quick learner who thrives on variety, this could be the opportunity for you.
What you’ll get stuck into:
- Keep the gatehouse running smoothly by coordinating, monitoring and recording asset departures and deliveries
- Be the friendly first point of contact for customers and tow truck drivers delivering and collecting assets
- Learn the role with hands-on training and support from your teammates, giving you the skills and confidence to achieve excellent results for our customers, vendors and the wider branch team.
- Help keep everyone safe by following all WHS policies and procedures
- Team up with departments across the branch to keep the day running like clockwork
ABOUT YOU You’ll be a great fit if you’re switched on, dependable and ready to jump into a hands-on role. We’re looking for someone who brings:
- A sharp eye for detail and pride in getting things right
- Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills and confidence using an iPad
- The ability to deliver quality work while keeping pace with deadlines
- Flexibility to work occasional weekend overtime when required
