General Hand required for a face paced high growth Short-term Rental Management Company - 20 hours per week minimum may extend

Your role is to be a key part of our Property Quality Team to attend properties to

- Fix minor faults - globes, batteries, smart lock and lockbox issues, hinges, handles, towel rails, blinds, curtain rails, fridge shelves, loose fittings

- Replace small worn items: kettles, toasters, irons, remotes, bins, signage

- Coordinate trades for bigger faults: measure up and send photos and videos

- Preventative property checks - every property: smoke alarms, Minut and lock batteries, AC filter clean, tighten handles and fixings, check flyscreens, silicone and lockboxes

Gardening and grounds tidy up as required

Bin runs - Weekly bins in and out at properties that require it

Guest extras - Deliver, set up, collect and clean upsold cots and highchairs, and keep them to standard

Current property setup

- Set up new properties before photography (not cleaning): all lights on and working, Netflix logo on the TV, fixtures checked

- Install lockboxes, signage, towel hooks and similar fit outs
