You will lead the day-to-day operations of a specialist contracting business delivering services across civil, concrete and construction. This is an opportunity to take genuine ownership of business performance, provide strong operational leadership and play a key role in shaping the future direction of the business.

With a broad understanding of construction and trade-based operations, you will oversee delivery while keeping a clear focus on commercial outcomes, team performance and business growth. You will be comfortable moving beyond hands-on work to take responsibility for the bigger picture, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen operations and build on the business's existing capabilities.

This role is suited to an entrepreneurial leader who wants to make a meaningful contribution, take accountability and help drive a business forward. You will bring a practical, solutions-focused approach and an understanding of working in demanding operational environments, including mine sites. Location: Anywhere from Weipa to the Bowen Basin.

Key Responsibilities
