GOOGLE ADS, META ADS & SHOPIFY WEBSITE MANAGERFull-Time | In-House Only | Roselands, Sydney Di Pacci Coffee Company is looking for an experienced digital marketing and Shopify professional to manage our online advertising, maintain four websites and oversee our in-house SEO team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can confidently manage campaigns, improve website performance and drive online sales.

THE ROLE

- Create, manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor advertising budgets, conversions and return on advertising spend.
- Manage and maintain four Shopify websites, keeping products, pricing, images, promotions and content up to date.
- Build and update landing pages, collections and promotional banners.
- Identify and resolve website issues, improve functionality and streamline the customer shopping experience.
- Oversee our in-house SEO team, set priorities and monitor progress.
- Ensure conversion tracking and analytics are working correctly.
- Provide clear reporting on advertising results, website performance and SEO progress.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven professional experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads, with results you can demonstrate.
- Robust Shopify expertise,



including website maintenance, apps, integrations and troubleshooting.
- A solid understanding of SEO, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication and organisational skills.
- Someone who takes ownership, works independently and follows tasks through to completion.
- Availability to work full time at our Roselands premises.

LOCATION & HOURS 97–99 Chapel Street, Roselands NSW 2196Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm.

This position is strictly in-house. No remote or hybrid arrangements are available.
