Brix Projects are actively seeking experienced Grader Operators to join our team.

As a Grader Operator with Brix Projects, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality civil construction works across a variety of projects including roads, subdivisions, bulk earthworks, and infrastructure developments. You will be responsible for operating graders safely and efficiently to achieve accurate levels and project specifications. Grader operators are typically responsible for final trim work, shaping road surfaces, grading batters, and maintaining site access roads.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

- Proven Grader Operating Experience: Previous experience operating graders on civil construction, roadworks, or infrastructure projects.

- Final Trim Experience: Ability to complete final trim and finishing work to a high standard using GPS machine control systems where required.

- GPS Machine Control Knowledge: Experience using Trimble, Topcon, Leica, or similar GPS systems will be highly regarded.

- Civil Construction Background: Strong understanding of bulk earthworks, road construction, drainage works, and site preparation activities.

- Relevant Tickets & Licences:



Valid White Card and relevant plant operator tickets/tickets of competency.

- Commitment to Safety: Demonstrated understanding of workplace health and safety requirements and site procedures.

- Ability to Work Independently: Confidence working unsupervised while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

- Team Player Attitude: Robust communication skills and willingness to support other site personnel when required.
