About the role

As a Graduate BMS Engineer, you will join the Projects team at Lane Cove West and learn how modern buildings are automated from the ground up. You will work alongside experienced engineers, split your time between the office and client sites and have a transparent pathway to Project Engineer.

Key responsibilities

- Configure, program and commission BMS systems, including the Niagara platform
- Support senior engineers on site during installation and commissioning
- Troubleshoot plant and system performance issues
- Document your work accurately and share what you learn with the team
- Deliver assigned tasks on time, on budget and to a high standard
- Build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues

About you

- A completed or soon to be completed degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Computer Systems or a related discipline
- Genuine curiosity and a drive to keep learning
- Ownership of your work and follow through on commitments
- Clear, honest communication and a willingness to ask questions




- Openness to direct feedback
- A current driver licence and full working rights in Australia
- HVAC, controls or programming experience is a bonus, but not essential
