Premium Floors is seeking an experienced Group Product & Marketing Manager to lead the strategic direction of our product portfolio, marketing function, supplier partnerships, and technical support capability across Australia and Recent Zealand. This role is responsible for leading integrated product, technical, and marketing strategies across the Premium Floors Australia and Floorscape New Zealand businesses.

You will drive category performance, strengthen supplier partnerships, develop market-leading product strategies, and ensure alignment between product, sales, marketing, and supply chain functions. The role also provides leadership across product management, technical services, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute product, sourcing, and marketing strategies across Australia and New Zealand
- Lead category management and product lifecycle strategies from introduction through to optimisation and rationalisation
- Drive product innovation, range development, and new growth opportunities
- Manage strategic supplier relationships and commercial negotiations
- Oversee pricing frameworks and commercial strategies that support revenue and margin growth




- Lead market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and strengthen market positioning
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and return on investment
- Provide strategic oversight of technical support, training, and after-sales functions
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing product and marketing team
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives
- Support key customer presentations, strategic projects, and commercial growth opportunities About You

You are a commercially minded leader with a strong track record of delivering business growth through product and marketing excellence.

To be successful, you will bring:

- Significant experience in product management, category management, marketing, or commercial leadership roles
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and developing high-performing people
- Strong strategic planning and business partnering capabilities
- Proven success managing supplier relationships and commercial negotiations
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and customer insights
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Experience within building products, flooring, interiors, manufacturing, construction materials, or related industries will be highly regarded
