Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Dudley. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.
Pay structure
You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Requirements
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
Day to day
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Availability
Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid. You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.
