About the role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hairdresser to join our team at our Cronulla salon. This is a full-time position based in Cronulla, NSW 2230. As a Hairdresser, you will be at the heart of our business, delivering high-quality hair services to our diverse clientele.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence and building lasting relationships with our clients. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your creativity and technical skills whilst contributing to a supportive and collaborative salon workplace.

Key responsibilities

- Provide a full range of hairdressing services including cutting, styling, colouring, and treatments to clients

- Consult with clients to understand their requirements, recommend appropriate styles and treatments, and achieve desired results

- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in accordance with industry regulations and salon policies

- Keep detailed client records and notes to ensure consistency and personalised service on future visits

- Operate and maintain hairdressing tools and equipment safely and effectively

- Stay up to date with current hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business

- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues when required

- Manage your own appointment schedule efficiently and punctually





- Maintain a professional and welcoming appearance at all times

What we're looking for

- Relevant qualifications in hairdressing or a recognised hairdressing apprenticeship completed

- Proven experience working as a hairdresser in a salon environment

- Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, and styling techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen to client needs
- A creative eye with an understanding of current and classic hair trends

- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support colleagues

- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

- Knowledge of hair care products and the ability to make informed recommendations to clients

- Flexibility and willingness to learn new techniques and develop professionally
