Working across our properties, you'll help take care of day-to-day maintenance and repairs to keep everything running smoothly. No two days will necessarily be the same, so we're looking for someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves and tackle a variety of jobs.
Key responsibilities
- Painting, touch-ups and basic plastering
- General maintenance and minor repairs around our apartments
- Moving and replacing washing machines, dryers and furniture
- Attending to maintenance issues across our properties
- Keeping the team updated on any issues that need further repairs or attention
About you
- Experience in painting, plastering and general maintenance
- A current Australian driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
- The ability to safely move appliances and furniture
- A practical, can-do attitude and good attention to detail
- Someone reliable who takes pride in their work and can work independently as well as with the team
