Duties and responsibilities

- Perform regular inspections of outdoor work areas and equipment zones to ensure they remain clean, safe, and free of debris or tree waste.
- Assist with basic maintenance of irrigation and water systems used in tree care, including replacing worn fittings or hose connections to prevent leaks.
- Maintain and restore the condition of worksite structures and wooden equipment (e.g., storage sheds, benches, fencing) through sanding, sealing, and repainting.
- Support vegetation management by trimming grass, clearing underbrush,



and maintaining the visual appeal and safety of landscaped or work-preparation areas.
- Repair and maintain gates, latches, and shed doors to ensure secure and reliable access to tools and machinery.
- Replace or maintain external lighting and worksite illumination to ensure visibility and safety during early morning or late-day operations.
- Perform minor repairs on site facilities and fixtures, including reinforcing storage racks, stabilising benches, and addressing general wear and tear.

Skills and experience

- At least 1 year of experience required
- Good time management - Valuable organizational skills

Position: Full Time (at least 38 hours per week)

Salary: $70,000 – 95,000 per year Location: Broome WA 6725
