Health Care Management Role (Part-time, 3 days/week)

We’re a growing, private equity-backed healthcare business. We’re looking for an experienced GP to join us in a hybrid role that’s split between management and patient care.

The role: 3 days a week

- 2 days in management: work with the leadership team on strategy and growth. You’ll design new models of care, find opportunities for current services and sites, and drive clinical best practice so the business grows without compromising quality. Some of this can be done remotely.
- 1 day clinical: keep consulting and stay connected to the care we deliver.

What you’ll be doing

- Working with the leadership team to grow the business
- Driving clinical excellence and best practice
- Designing and testing models of care and growth that work clinically and commercially
- Finding opportunities for new services, sites and revenue streams




- Balancing quality patient care with commercial performance
- Consulting one day a week

About you

- Experienced GP with FRACGP or FACRRM and unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Commercially minded and comfortable working with numbers and targets
- A people leader who builds trust and accountability
- Interested in being part of a growth story
