Now, we’re scaling Henderson Asset Management into the largest and most trusted asset management platform in the property space and we’re hiring a Leasing Manager to help lead that charge.
You are responsible for turning listed properties into income-producing assets: fast, professionally, and with zero compromise on tenant quality.
What You’ll Be Accountable For
Leasing Performance
- Driving low vacancy rates across the portfolio
- Managing enquiry pipelines daily
- Conducting open homes (including Saturdays)
- Proactively following up all prospective tenants
- Screening applications thoroughly and presenting solid recommendations
- Ensuring seamless handover to Property Management
Marketing & Presentation
- Overseeing listing quality (photos, copy, portals)
- Monitoring listing performance and adjusting where needed
- Recommending rental price strategy based on market conditions
- Keeping up to date with QLD rental trends and legislation
Systems & Process
- Using PropertyMe (or similar CRM) efficiently
- Ensuring all compliance documentation is accurate and complete
- Maintaining clear communication across the team
- Keeping dashboards updated
Client Communication
- Keeping landlords informed during the leasing campaign
- Managing expectations clearly and professionally
- Protecting the Henderson brand in every interaction
Who This Role Is For
