FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia is seeking an HR Administration Lead based in Macquarie Park, Sydney. You will own the end-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle and lead a small team to deliver accurate, compliant HR data and documentation.
Reporting to the People Operations Manager, you will balance hands-on delivery with coaching the two-solid team, ensuring timely, high-quality service and continuous improvement across processes and systems.
