Key responsibilities
Greeting patients and families, and making every visit a positive one
Managing appointments, phones and emails
Handling payments, payment plans and health fund claims
Supporting recent patient enquiries and treatment bookings
Working closely with our clinical team to keep the day running smoothly
About you
Friendly, confident communicator with great customer service
Organised, with strong attention to detail
Experience with Dolphin Management software is preferred
Dental or healthcare reception experience is a bonus
Full time, Monday to Friday
No public holiday work – we're closed
