About the role An apprenticeship in horticulture with Ben Eder Professional Garden Management,

Travelling to Sydney's eastern suburbs and north shore daily in our company vehicles combining practical on-site work with formal TAFE training. You will work closely with experienced horticulturists and supervisors on residential garden maintenance and landscaping projects.

Key responsibilities

- Assist with general garden maintenance and landscaping works

- Perform lawn mowing, edging, hedging and pruning

- Carry out weeding, mulching, planting and soil preparation

- Assist with irrigation installation and maintenance

- Learn correct plant identification, care and horticultural practices

- Operate and maintain gardening tools, machinery and equipment





- Assist with garden clean-ups and green waste removal

- Maintain high standards of presentation across residential properties

- Follow workplace health and safety procedures

- Attend TAFE and complete required apprenticeship training

About you

- Genuine interest in horticulture and landscaping

- Positive attitude and robust work ethic

- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

- Ability to work effectively within a team

- Attention to detail and pride in workmanship

- Driver's license essential

- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality and a willingness to learn
