About the role An apprenticeship in horticulture with Ben Eder Professional Garden Management,

Travelling to Sydney's eastern suburbs and north shore daily in our company vehicles combining practical in office work with formal TAFE training. You will work closely with experienced horticulturists and supervisors on residential garden maintenance and landscaping projects.

Key responsibilities

- Assist with general garden maintenance and landscaping works
- Perform lawn mowing, edging, hedging and pruning
- Carry out weeding, mulching, planting and soil preparation
- Assist with irrigation installation and maintenance
- Learn correct plant identification, care and horticultural practices
- Operate and maintain gardening tools, machinery and equipment




- Assist with garden clean-ups and green waste removal
- Maintain high standards of presentation across residential properties
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures
- Attend TAFE and complete required apprenticeship training

About you

- Genuine interest in horticulture and landscaping
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Driver's license essential
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality and a willingness to learn
