Ambassador Orange is seeking a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Casual Hotel Receptionist / Guest Service Agent (GSA) to join our team in Orange, NSW.

Experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided to the right person. Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, friendly personality and genuine passion for providing great guest service.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and working as part of a friendly hotel team.

As our next team member, you will:

- Welcome and assist guests with enquiries both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Complete a variety of front office duties, including reservations, guest arrivals and departures, payments and maintaining guest accounts.
- Provide friendly and professional service throughout the guest journey.
- Assist guests with local information and recommendations about Orange and the surrounding area.
- Respond to guest requests and enquiries in a helpful and professional manner.
- Maintain a high standard of presentation and service at the front desk.
- Multitask effectively and remain calm in a busy hotel environment.
- Work closely with the hotel team to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Assist with other hotel duties as required by the needs of the business.

What We Are Looking For:
- Previous reception,



hospitality or customer service experience is highly regarded.
- Experience using a hotel property management system is an advantage, however full training will be provided (protel)
- A friendly, professional and welcoming personality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, well-presented and willing to get involved.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- A team player with a hands-on approach.
- The ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy hotel environment.
- Flexibility to work across a seven-day roster, including mornings, afternoons, weekends and public holidays.
