At Crowne Plaza Sydney Airport, our Housekeeping team plays an important role in creating a great experience for every guest. We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to support our Executive Housekeeper in leading the team and maintaining the high standards our guests expect.

What you'll do:

- Supervise, coach and support Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants and Housepersons to deliver high standards of cleanliness and guest service
- Allocate rooms and daily tasks, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to schedule
- Conduct room and public area inspections to ensure compliance with Crowne Plaza brand standards
- Monitor room readiness and communicate priorities with Front Office and other departments
- Respond to guest requests and VIP requirements promptly and professionally
- Report maintenance issues, property damage and safety hazards, following up as required
- Monitor linen, amenities and housekeeping supplies to ensure adequate stock levels
- Support deep cleaning projects, team training and daily operational requirements

What we're looking for:





- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel is essential, with supervisory experience highly regarded
- Strong leadership, communication and time management skills
- A hands-on approach with the ability to organise priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and the ability to motivate and support team members
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- A genuine passion for guest service and delivering memorable experiences
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
