We are seeking a proactive, professional, and highly organised hands-on HR Advisor to join our team.

Reporting to the General Manager People & Safety, this fast-paced role will support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and general HR advisory support. Working closely with leaders across the business, you will play a key role in delivering practical, people-focused solutions while helping to drive a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a trusted HR Partner you will be responsible for:

- Partnering with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment activities across a variety of roles.

- Coordinating onboarding, pre-employment compliance, and recruitment agency relationships.

- Preparing employment contracts, variations, and other HR documentation.

- Managing employee lifecycle administration, including new starters, employment changes,



and terminations.

- Providing timely and practical HR advice to managers and employees on people-related matters.

- Coach and support managers on employee relations, performance management, probation reviews, and development initiatives.

- Maintaining HR systems, employee records, and reporting data.

- Contributing to HR projects, process improvements, and employee experience initiatives.

- Promote Health and Wellbeing initiatives with all employees.

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience in an HR Advisor, or similar generalist HR position.

- Relevant HR qualification or equivalent industry experience.

- Demonstrated experience managing recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, and HR documentation.

- Strong understanding of employment legislation, Modern Awards, and HR best practice.

- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to build effective relationships at all levels of the business.

- High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

- Experience using HRIS, recruitment,



and Microsoft Office systems.

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

- Available to commence within the next four weeks to allow for a smooth handover period.
