Our client, a large, highly regarded national professional services organisation are seeking an experience Human Resources Officer to join their team during an exciting period of evolution within its People & Culture function.

Offered as an initial 12 month FTC (with very high likelihood to be offered permanency), this role will form part of a national service delivery team, providing broad, frontline HR support to employees and leaders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Responding to employee and leader HR enquiries across phone, chat and other People Services channels
- Providing practical, timely and consistent generalist HR advice across the employee lifecycle
- Delivering a high-quality People Services experience across a national stakeholder group
- Working collaboratively with the broader People & Culture function, including Business Partnering and specialist teams
- Navigating HR systems, processes and policies to support effective resolution of enquiries
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve service delivery
- Contributing ideas and feedback as the People Services model and supporting processes continue to evolve
- Providing additional support to the Perth office and local P&C; team where required

About You





- Demonstrated experience within a centralised HR, People Services or shared-services environment (preferred)
- Experience managing a regular volume of employee and leader HR enquiries
- Broad knowledge across HR policies, processes and the employee lifecycle
- Confidence working autonomously while remaining connected to a national team
