ICM1 - Entry Level / Developing Operators

Earn from $1,313 per week before tax.

Suitable for candidates with transferable experience from:

- Food handling and food preparation
- Warehousing and logistics
- Hospitality and fast-paced operational environments

- Labour-intensive or hands-on roles

ICM2 - Experienced Operators Earn from $1,522.14 per week before tax.

Suitable for candidates with experience in:

- Manufacturing and production environments
- Machine operation
- Food manufacturing and FMCG
- Process operations
- Automated production lines

We recognise transferable skills and are willing to train candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, reliability, and commitment to safety and quality.

Our 12-hour roster gives you regular weekdays off throughout the month.
- 12-hour day and night shifts (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)
- Balanced rotation between day and night shifts
- Only one Saturday every three weeks
- Six consecutive days off between roster cycles

What You'll Be Doing You'll be part of the team responsible for producing some of Australia's most iconic ice cream brands.
- Operate and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment
- Keep production running safely, efficiently and to quality standards
- Perform changeovers, inspections and equipment checks
- Identify and troubleshoot minor process issues
- Support food safety, GMP and continuous improvement activities
- Work as part of a high-performing team to deliver products enjoyed by millions of consumers

What We're Looking For We are seeking people with experience in one or more of the following:
- Manufacturing or production environments
- Machine operation
- Food production or food handling
- FMCG manufacturing
- Process work
- Warehousing and logistics
- Hospitality or fast-paced operational environments
- Agriculture, farming or other hands-on industries

You will also have:
- A strong commitment to safety and quality
- Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic
- The ability to work rotating day and night shifts
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- The desire to become multi-skilled across different areas of the factory
